After hearing countless patients share the same frustrating story—waiting months for relief from clogged ears—Wendy recognized Chicago’s need for accessible, timely care. That realization led to the creation of CERA Ear Clinic, a space focused solely on compassionate, expert ear cleaning for patients across the Chicagoland area.

A graduate of Wake Forest School of Medicine, Wendy has been practicing as a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C) since 2019. She brings an unwavering dedication to her patients and a deep passion for restoring quality of life. Her empathetic, patient-first approach fosters a supportive environment where individuals feel truly understood and cared for.
